Left to cherish his memory, are his three sons, Wayne (Diane), Scott (Carol) and Chris (Laurie); four grandchildren and two great Grandchildren.
Fred proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and later worked as a Supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service, retiring in 1992.
Fred was also a longtime member of SBRC.Â
Fred was not just a member of SBRC. He was a modeler, dedicated to furthering our hobby among the youth and anybody that was interested. He also showed his dedication to the club with substantial financial donations. He held office on the SBRC board for many years and was quick to volunteer for any club project. He had a tremendous sense of humor.
