It has been a while since the last newsletter and there is so much to cover in this issue.
Our annual summer get-together will be held during the Labor Day weekend on Saturday, September 1, 2007. If you were planning a summer barbeque or gathering, we invite you to have it on this date. If you have not turned in your updated Resident Information form, it is not too late. We have had several incidents recently where a problem has occurred in a unit where we were not able to contact the unit owners because we did not have current contact information on file. In cases of emergency where your unit needs to be accessed, we can contact you immediately or contact your emergency contact person if we have this information on file. Please bring your contact form with you to the next Board Meeting, give it to your building captain or send it to a Board member at our respective address listed on the newsletter.
