BDC EXPORT-IMPORT since estabilishment is working as an importer and wholesale of copier devices on Serbian market. Our business policy is based on partnership with Japanese manufacturer RICOH , whose official dealer we are since 1999. Our current offer is based on : new and refurbished copiers , multifunctional products (MFP) ,printers and faxes. Today BDC has 12 employees , 5 in sales department and 7 in technical support. It is located in two separate facilities , one consisting of the showroom , supply warehouse and offices , and the other hosting the service and technical support. The showroom is located in the very heart of the city , which simplifies attendance to our products. Besides RICOH products and original supplies , we also offer complete maintenance service to our costumers , in different levels(which customer chooses). One of many interesting activities BDC has is designing of digital business solutions for document management , in order with customers needs. |
